Delievery timing and 
dispatch guarantee

Dispatch in 2-7 days after the order is confirmed.

7 day dispatch guarantee 
for all Polybag and zipper orders, if we do not dispatch within 7 days, we will upgrade to express delivery or refund the delivery charges.

What if there is misprint or there is a defect in the bags ?
Replacement guarantee

If there is misprint or quality defects in the Polybags we will replace them for free.

 

terms 

- we will need unboxing video. 

- minor defects in some of the pieces can be expected as the print are made with hand. but if it is more than 5% we will replace them.

- we may ask you to send the bags back  

Cancelation / Refund policy

Once the order is placed it can be cancelled and refunded in the following circumstances 
 

- If the ordered item is out of stock 

- If the order has not gone under print 
(10% cancelation fee applies)

Will i see a mockup before print

Yes the design team will confirm the design, orientation and print size before we start printing. 

How many print colours can we use 

The bags are printed in single colour, we charge extra for 2 colour prints. 
Rs 3 per piece. 
 

I need the bags urgently

We can offer express shipping and faster dispatch. for additional fee.
